This agreement is concluded between the owner of the online trading platform www.bmxvalmiera.lv, the Foundation “Māris Štrombergs Agency”, registration No. 40008134720, registered on 12 December 2008, legal address: G. Apiņa 18-82, Valmiera, LV-4200, and the buyer who places an order and makes a purchase through the website www.bmxvalmiera.lv. The distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the online trading platform www.bmxvalmiera.lv. This distance contract does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer at the Seller’s in-person events or physical locations.

Order Process

Once you have selected the desired services and wish to finalise your order, you will have the opportunity to review the selected services in the final step. To complete the order, click on the “NEXT STEP” button.

You will be redirected to the order checkout section, where you must enter your details (name, surname, phone number, email address, name of the representing club).

Please confirm that you agree to our terms (including the Privacy Policy – regarding processing and storage of personal data) so we can process your order.

Choose a payment method and proceed with the payment process. Once payment is successfully made, the order will be registered, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Changes to the Order or Service Cancellation

Once the order is submitted and the payment is confirmed, we are not obligated to change or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us to find out whether changes are possible. The cancellation of the service and refund is only possible no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the start date of the booked service.

To cancel an order, you must send a written request to info@bmxvalmiera.lv and attach your order confirmation.

If cancellation is successful, the refund will be made within 10 (ten) working days to the buyer’s specified bank account.

Payment Procedure

Purchases made on the website can be paid by payment card or bank transfer. The buyer can select a payment method, opting for instant payment via the provided payment system.

Service Quality and Customer Support

If you have any questions regarding the order or service quality, please document the situation with a photo (if possible) and email us at info@bmxvalmiera.lv. Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.

Personal Information

When placing an order, the buyer must provide personal information that enables the seller to identify the buyer, deliver the order, and contact the buyer if additional information is required. This data may also be used for direct marketing (with the buyer’s consent).

By placing the order, the buyer agrees that communication required for service delivery will occur via the provided email address and phone number.

The buyer’s card data sent to the seller through banking systems is securely processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. The respective bank assumes full responsibility for the protection of this data.

The buyer, as a data subject, has the right to receive information on how their data is processed and may request to rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of their data.

To ensure full functionality of the e-catalogue, the seller stores certain information in the buyer’s device using cookies. The seller uses this information to identify the buyer as a returning visitor, provide access to purchase history, and retain website visit statistics.

The buyer can view or delete cookies at any time. The buyer also has the right to reject the use of cookies, though in such cases, some e-catalogue functions may be unavailable. By accepting the cookie policy, the buyer consents to information being stored on their device. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via browser settings or by sending a request to the seller.

All requests or instructions regarding data processing must be submitted to the seller in writing. The seller must respond in writing within thirty (30) calendar days.

The buyer may not use the services of the e-catalogue if they do not agree to the terms of this section regarding personal data protection.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute arising from the contract terms or due to service non-compliance, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to us in writing or via email to info@bmxvalmiera.lv. The complaint must include the buyer’s name and contact details, submission date, the nature of the issue, and the requested resolution. We will respond to your complaint promptly, but no later than within 3 working days.

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the outcome, they may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre. If the parties disagree with the Centre’s decision, they have the right to bring the matter to the courts of the Republic of Latvia, where the dispute will be resolved according to Latvian legislation.
