Apply Now: Media Access for the 2025 UEC BMX Racing European Championships

From 10–13 July 2025 Valmiera will host Europe’s elite BMX riders at the legendary Māris Štrombergs BMX track – and the media is invited to be right at the centre of the action.

Press accreditation is now officially open for all accredited journalists wishing to cover the 2025 UEC BMX Racing European Championships.
Applications must be submitted via the UEC official media portal: https://uec.ch/en/media

Deadline for press accreditation: 7 July 2025

Media Access & Facilities:
• A dedicated press work area will be available in the sports arena near the track.
• Interviews with riders can take place directly from this media zone.
• UEC Press BIBs are mandatory for all journalists accessing the track area. BIBs will be provided on-site by the UEC Press Officer or deputy.
• A photographers’ briefing may be held prior to the event – details to follow.
• The number of journalists allowed trackside at any time will be coordinated with the President of the Commissaires Panel (PCP), based on track capacity.

All press conferences, flash interviews and media appearances must be arranged in collaboration with the UEC BMX Commission.
