The BMX track of Maris Strombergs is open for training! Starting from this year On March 21, you can apply for training at the Mara Stromberg BMX track every day! The track is prepared for safe training. On May 6 and 7, the strongest European BMX cyclists will gather at the Maris Strombergs BMX track “Valmiera” to find out the winners of rounds 5 and 6 of the European Cup 2023. This weekend, May 6 and 7, the fifth and sixth stages of the UEC (European Cycling Union) European Cup BMX cycling competition will take place at the Maris Strombergs BMX track, where 561 athletes from 23 countries have confirmed their participation. On September 9, the BMX cycling championship of the Nordic countries (UCI C1 category) will take place on the track named after Maris Strombergs in Valmiera. Meanwhile, on Sunday, September 10, the competition of the eighth stage of the “Crystal Dent BMX Cup of Latvia” will take place there.
